Eric Chung has been a fitness and coffee specialist throughout the entirety of his adult life. Based in the land down under, he accumulated over 10 years of experience in the F&B and hospitality industry. From transitioning into a head barista and café manager since 2011, Eric has further mastered the craft of specialty coffee, coffee roasting and café operations.
In 2019, Eric co-founded What’s On Tap, a modernistic café with a minimalistic design and futuristic machinery. Through What’s On Tap, Eric is motivated to pioneer a new kind of café environment in order to introduce coffee for not only the drink, but the entire experience.
